2 - Baseball signed: "Bill Buckner and Mookie Wilson" Rawlings Official Ball 1986 World Series. Signed by Buckner and Wilson in Blue Ink. the 1986 World Series. In the bottom of the tenth Schiraldi retired the first two batters, and the message board in left briefly flashed: “Congratulations, Red Sox.” With a 2-1 count on Carter, Boston was only two strikes away from World Series’ rings. But Carter singled, as did rookie pinch-hitter Kevin Mitchell. Schiraldi then got two strikes on Knight, needing just one more to end it, but the veteran third baseman atoned for his earlier error by singling and making it 5-4. With runners at the corners, Bob Stanley replaced Schiraldi. Wilson fouled off several pitches before Stanley uncorked a wild pitch that enabled Mitchell to score the tying run and moved Knight to second. After fouling off several more offerings, Wilson grounded a ball toward first, tight to the line. The behobbled Buckner managed to square himself in front of the slow grounder, but the ball slipped under his glove and trickled into right field. Knight raced home as the Mets erupted from their dugout. A miraculous comeback had transpired, and Boston’s haunted past had risen spectre-like once again. Very Good to Excellent Condition. 5 - Baseball signed: "Muhammad Ali" Rawlings Official Ball American League. Signed on the Sweet-Spot by Ali in Blue Ink. Muhammad Ali (born January 17, 1942 as Cassius Marcellus Clay Jr.), is a retired American boxer. He is considered to be one of the world's greatest heavyweight boxers, as well as one of the world's most famous individuals, renowned the world over for his boxing and political activism. In 1999, he was crowned Sportsman of the Century by Sports Illustrated, and is considered by many to be one of the greatest athletes of the 20th century. Ali had a highly unorthodox style for a heavyweight boxer. He carried his hands at his sides, rather than the orthodox boxing style of carrying the hands high to defend the face. Instead, he relied on his extraordinary reflexes and reach (83 inches) to keep him away from his opponents' blows. Ali punched to the head much more than most boxers—a high-risk strategy since, over the duration of a long fight, punches to the body can be much more effective in tiring an opponent out. Cellophane Wrapped and Hermetically Sealed. Very Good Condition. Mounted in a Wood and Plastic Ball Holder with Plaque Reading "Muhammad Ali A.K.A. Cassius Clay" Shipping $10.00 (estimate $50-$100)

In the fourth inning, he allowed the only run of the game - Roger Maris's record-breaking 61st home run. Said the 6'5" Stallard, "I have nothing to be ashamed of. He hit 60 others, didn't he?" With the Mets in 1964, Stallard suffered one of his NL-high 20 losses in the longest game in ML history, a 7-hour 23-minute marathon against San Francisco on May 31; another loss came when Philadelphia's Jim Bunning pitched his perfect game on June 21. The Ball is Cellophane Wrapped and Hermetically Sealed. Slight Toning or Else Very Good Condition. Mounted in a Wood and Plastic Ball Holder with Plaque Reading "Tracy Stallard #61 to Maris~1961" Shipping $10.00 (estimate $50-$100)
7 - Baseball signed: "Satchel Paige" Rawlings Official Ball American League Lee Mac Phail Pres. Signed Paige in Black Ink. Leroy "Satchel" Paige was a legendary storyteller and one of the most entertaining pitchers in baseball history. A tall, lanky fireballer, he was arguably the Negro leagues' hardest thrower, most colorful character and greatest gate attraction. In the 1930s, the well-traveled pitcher barnstormed around the continent, baffling hitters with creatively named pitches such as the "Bat Dodger" and "Hesitation Pitch." In 1948 he was sold to Cleveland on his 42nd birthday, becoming the oldest player to make his major league debut, while helping the Indians win the pennant. Toning or Else Good to Good Plus Condition. Mounted in a Wood and Plastic Ball Holder with Plaque Reading "Satchel Paige Hall of Fame" Shipping $10.00 (estimate $100-$200)
8 - Baseball signed: "Bob Feller" Rawlings Official Ball American League. Signed on the Sweet-Spot by Feller. Bob Feller's blazing fastball set the standard against which all of his successors have been judged. "Rapid Robert" spent his entire 18-year career with Cleveland, amassing 266 victories and 2,581 strikeouts, while leading the league in strikeouts seven times. He missed nearly four full seasons in his prime serving his country during World War II, for which he was decorated with five campaign ribbons studded with eight battle stars. Fresh from high school, Feller struck out 17 Athletics in 1936. The fireballer authored three no-hitters and 12 one-hitters while winning 20 or more games six times. Very Good or Better Condition. Mounted in a Wood and Plastic Ball Holder with Plaque Reading "Bob "Country" Feller Cleveland Indians" Shipping $10.00 (estimate $50-$100)
9 - Baseball signed: "Roger Maris" Rawlings Official Ball 1978 World Series. 75th World Series Ball. Signed on the Sweet-Spot by Maris in Black. An excellent football player, Roger was recruited to play football for the University of Oklahoma out of high school, but decided to sign a $15,000 contract with the Cleveland Indians organization instead. After 4 years in the minor leagues, Roger was called up to the big leagues in 1957 at the age of 22. Midway through his second year, 1958, he was traded to the Kansas City Athletics. He was elected to the All-Star team in 1959 and was traded to the New York Yankees the following year. That season, 1960, was a good one for Maris. He was elected the American League Most Valuable Player with 39 home runs and 112 RBIs. This performance was not able to predict the season that he would have in 1961. It was then that he and Mickey Mantle chased Babe Ruth's single-season home run record. It was an expansion season and the length of the season was lengthened from 154 games to 162 games. During the season, Commissioner Frick ruled that any record broken in more than 154 games, the length of Ruth's season, would be held as a distinct and separate record. Maris broke the record on the final game of the season, hitting the ball 340 feet in Yankee stadium against the Boston Red Sox. He finished the season with 61 home runs and 142 RBIs. The Yankees continued on to the World Series and beat the Cincinnati Reds in five games. In 1962, Roger Maris hit 33 home runs with 100 RBIs and was selected to his 4th straight All-Star Team. Roger continued to play well with the Yankees in 1963 and 1964, but injuries affected him in '65 and '66 and he was traded to the St. Louis Cardinals for the '67 season. He returned to the World Series two more times with the Cardinals, thus playing in seven World Series in the 1960s. He retired after the 1968 season with 275 career home runs. Very Good Condition. The Ball is Celephane Wrapped and Hermetically Sealed. Mounted in a Wood and Plastic Ball Holder with a Plaque Reading "Roger Maris, 61 Home Runs in 1961, New York Yankees" Shipping $10.00 (estimate $50-$100)

Wayne Gretzky held or shared 61 NHL records upon his retirement on the 18th of April, 1999. He had 40 regular season records, 15 playoff records, and 6 all-star records. Some of the more impressive regular season records include most goals in a season (92), most assists in a season (163), and most points in a season (215). He also holds the record for the fastest 50 goals in 50 games or less, which he did in only 39 games and the most goals in 50 games (61, which he did twice). In 1982-83, he had a 51 game point scoring streak that has been compared to Joe DiMaggio's streak in baseball. During Gretzky's point-scoring streak, he had 61 goals and 92 assists for 153 points. He had dominated the playoffs like he had dominated the regular season. His 47 points in 1985 and his 31 assists in 1988 are still records for a playoff year. He is the career playoff leader in goals (122), assists (260), points (382), hat tricks (10), and game winning goals (24). These playoff numbers appear to be untouchable. His career regular season stats are equally as impressive. He has the record for most career regular season goals (894), assists (1,962), points (2,856), and hat tricks (50). The next closest player in total points is Mark Messier with 1887 points. His total points including regular season and playoffs is an impressive 3,238. Very Good Condition. 15 - Baseball signed: "Ralph Branca and Bobby Thomson" Rawlings Official Ball National League. Signed in Blue Ink on the Sweet-Spot by Branca & Thomson. With the season on the line, the Giants showed the fight that made them so difficult to beat down the stretch. Two singles and a double knocked Newcombe out of the game, and with the Dodgers clinging to a 4-2 lead, right-hander Ralph Branca was called in to face third baseman Bobby Thomson and ice the Giants' rally. In hindsight, there seems to be several reasons why Branca should have walked Thomson and pitched to the on-deck batter, a young centerfielder named Willie Mays. A walk would have loaded the bases, and with only one out, set up a potential game-ending double play. Thomson had also homered off of Branca earlier in the series, and was riding a 15-game hitting-streak. Finally, Mays, for all of his future records and game-breaking accomplishments to come, was only a rookie and struggling pretty badly. Regardless, the 13-game winner elected to pitch to the batter at hand. He grooved the first pitch for a strike, then tried to move Thomson off the plate with one high and inside. But Thomson swung at the bad pitch and drilled it into the left field stands, giving the Giants a 5-4 victory and setting off a pandemonium that erupted into the streets of New York City. The Ball is Cellophane Wrapped and Hermetically Sealed. Mild Toning or Else Very Good Condition. Mounted in a Wood and Plastic Ball Holder and Plaque Reading Branca & Thompson (Thomson mispelled) The Home Run". Shipping $10.00 (estimate $50-$100)

A five-time All-Star, Rizzuto was named the American League's MVP in 1950 when he excelled with a .324 average, 200 hits and .439 slugging percentage. Upon retirement, he spent 40 years as a popular Yankees broadcaster. Cellophane Wrapped and Hermetically Sealed. Some Toning or Else Good to Very Good Condition. An intense performer, Yaz played in more games (3,308) than any other American Leaguer, topping 3,000 hits and 400 home runs. A 14-time All-Star, he won seven Gold Glove Awards. A three-time batting champion, Yastrzemski was the American League MVP in 1967 when he won the Triple Crown, batting .326 with 121 RBI and 44 home runs. Some Toning or Else Good to Very Good Condition. Mounted in a Wood and Plastic Ball Holder with Plaque Reading "Carl Yastrzemski Triple Crown Winner" Shipping $10.00 (estimate $50-$100)
18 - Baseball signed: "Johnny Vandermeer " Rawlings Official Ball National League. Signed on the Sweet-Spot by Vandermeer in Blue Ink. Vander Meer is the only pitcher in major league history to have thrown back-to-back no-hitters. The Cincinnati hurler no-hit the Boston Bees 3-0 on June 11, 1938 and followed by no-hitting the Dodgers 6-0 on June 15. The latter contest was the first night game ever played at Brooklyn's Ebbets Field. In his next start, Vander Meer did not allow a hit until Boston's Deb Garms singled in the fourth inning, ending Vander Meer's string of hitless innings at a National League record 21. Vander Meer was the TSN Minor League Player of the Year in 1936, when he went 19-6 at Durham and set a Piedmont League record with 295 strikeouts. He copped TSN Major League Player of the Year honors in 1938 on the strength of his extraordinary pitching feat. He threw hard and had a good sinker, and he led the NL in strikeouts three consecutive years (1941-43). Yet he often struggled with his control, topping NL pitchers in bases on balls in 1943 and 1948. He won in double figures six times, recording a career-high 18 victories in 1942. In 1943 he tied Carl Hubbell's record by fanning six batters in an All-Star Game, working 2-2/3 innings. Naval duty in 1944-45 and arm trouble shortened Vander Meer's career. (RTM) Cellophane Wrapped and Hermetically Sealed. Mild Toning or Else Very Good Condition. He won 21 games in 1968, and led the American League with an amazing 1.60 ERA and 9 shutouts. He set a Major League record by striking out 32 batters over two consecutive games, a feat that was matched by Nolan Ryan in 1974, Dwight Gooden in 1984, and Randy Johnson in 1997, before being broken by Kerry Wood in 1998. "El Tiante" had an excellent year in 1972, posting a 15-6 record and a league-leading 1.91 ERA. He won the Comeback Player of the Year Award that season. 1972 was the beginning of an impressive run with Boston. From 1972-1978, he averaged 17 wins per season, and was named to the All-Star team twice. Tiant pitched 116 complete games in his eight-year Red Sox career, including three outstanding postseason performances. He held the A's to three hits in a 7-1 win in the 1975 ALCS. In that year's World Series, he threw a shutout in Game 1 and tossed 163 pitches in Game 4 to get the 5-4 win. He even batted .250 in the Series. William Joseph "Moose" Skowron Jr. (born December 18, 1930) Skowron was born in Chicago, Illinois. His father was a garbage collector. His friends called him Mussolini as a joke, after his grandfather gave him a haircut which looked like the dictator's, but his family shortened the nickname to Moose. The name stuck throughout his career. He went to Purdue University on a football scholarship, but found himself better suited to baseball when he hit .500 as a sophomore, a record in the Big Ten Conference that lasted ten years. Though he did play for other teams in his 14-year career, Moose Skowron can truly take pride in the 9 seasons he spent in pinstripes. In those 9 years, the Yankees won 7 AL Pennants and 5 World Series Championships. In 39 World Series games, he hit .293 with 8 HRs and 29 RBIs. His highlights include a game-winning grand slam in Game 7 or the 1956 series and a game-winning HR in game 6 of the 1958 series. His career included stops with the Yankees (1954-62), the Dodgers (1963), the Senators (1964), the White Sox (1964-67) and the Angels (1967). Though he had a mediocre career record, Larsen was immortalized by his World Series perfect game of October 8, 1956. He had gone 11-5 for the Yankees that year and, after being knocked out in the second inning of Game Two, started Game Five. He set down 27 Dodgers in a row, outdueling Sal Maglie and winning 2-0 for the first no-hitter in Series history. The last batter Larsen faced was Dale Mitchell, who was declared out by umpire Babe Pinelli on a called third strike. Mitchell and others, including Mickey Mantle in centerfield, thought the ball a bit outside, but mayhem had erupted and catcher Yogi Berra had jumped into Larsen's arms before Mitchell could argue. Perhaps one of the most popular players in major league history, Yogi Berra was also a brilliant catcher and dominant hitter during his 19-year career with the New York Yankees. Berra was named to the American League All-Star team every year from 1948 to 1962. He topped the 100-RBI mark four years in a row and became a three-time American League MVP in a career that featured 14 league pennants and 10 World Series championships. In succeeding years he sometimes struggled for hitting consistency but showed great power, hitting 52 homers in 1996. In 1997 he was traded in midseason to the St. Louis Cardinals of the National League, and he completed his second successive year with 50 or more home runs, a feat achieved previously only by Babe Ruth. In 1997 he was traded in midseason to the St. Louis Cardinals of the National League, and he completed his second successive year with 50 or more home runs, a feat achieved previously only by Babe Ruth. 37 - Baseball signed: "Frank Sinatra" Rawlings Official Ball American League. Signed on the Sweet-Spot by Sinatra in Blue Ink. Growing up on the streets of Hoboken, New Jersey, made Frank Sinatra determined to work hard to get ahead. Starting out as a saloon singer in musty little dives, he eventually got work as a band singer, first with The Hoboken Four then with Harry James, then Tommy Dorsey. With the help of George Evans (Sinatra's genius press agent), his image was shaped into that of a street thug and punk who was saved by his first wife, Nancy. In 1942 he started his solo career, instantly finding fame as the king of the bobbysoxers - the young women and girls who were his fans. About that time his film career was also starting in earnest. Known as "One-Take Charlie" for his approach to acting that strove for spontaneity and energy, rather than perfection, he was an instinctive actor who was best at playing parts that mirrored his own personality. A controversial public affair with screen siren Ava Gardner broke up his marriage to Nancy Barbato. After a vocal cord hemorrhage all but ended his career, he fought back and won the coveted role of Maggio in From Here to Eternity (1953). He won an Oscar for best supporting actor, yet still didn't have widespread acceptance in Hollywood. He continued to give strong and memorable performances in such films as The Man with the Golden Arm (1955), Suddenly (1954) and, especially, The Manchurian Candidate (1962) - probably his best film. For the rest of the 1960s he concentrated mainly on lighter roles, playing hard-boiled private eyes and hamming it up with his Rat Pack buddies Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. Of these films, The Detective (1968) and Ocean's Eleven (1960) are the best. His last lead role was as the aging detective in The First Deadly Sin (1980). He gave a moving performance that was a fitting finale to a long and rich career. The Ball is Cellophane Wrapped and Hermetically Sealed. Slight Toning or Else Very Good Condition. Mounted in a Wood and Plastic Ball Holder. Shipping $10.00 (estimate $50-$100)

"Mr. Tiger" won the batting title in 1955, hitting .340 at the age of 20. His reputation as a clutch performer was enhanced by his .379 average against St. Louis in the 1968 World Series. The Ball is Cellophane Wrapped and Hermetically Sealed. Very Good to Excellent Condition. A clutch hitter, Robinson totaled 268 career home runs, at one time an American League record for third basemen. He hit 40 or more homers five consecutive times and led all batters in home runs and RBI during the 1950s. "The Duke of Flatbush" hit four homers in two different World Series (1952 and 1955), clouting a total of 11 Series home runs and 26 Series RBI. Cellophane Wrapped and Hermetically Sealed. The 11-time All-Star hit 376 career home runs, including a record-setting 351 as a catcher, since bested by Mike Piazza. His most memorable home run came in Game Six of the 1975 World Series - a 12th inning blast off the left field foul pole at Fenway Park - giving his Red Sox a 7-6 win over Cincinnati. 42 - Hockey Puck signed: "Bobby Orr" Boston Bruins, (logo) Copyright NHL (logo) Official Licensed Product. Trench Mfg. Signed Orr on the Team Logo Side in Black Marker. Raids by the World Hockey Association through the mid-1970s cost the Bruins some top players, but Orr remained at the forefront of one of the NHL's most feared offensive attacks. Though he never matched the 102 assists and 139 points he collected in 1970-71, Orr's most amazing regular season may have been 1974-75, when he scored an incredible 46 goals -- then a record for defenseman -- and led the league with 135 points. Scoring feats aside, Orr was also a top-notch and revolutionary defender who could kill huge chunks of penalty time single-handedly by simply gaining puck control and refusing to relinquish it. Opposing rushers rarely bothered to go 1-on-1 against Orr, who confused them by usually skating forward, not backward, as he moved toward the defensive zone. His superior two-way play, toughness -- Orr, who surpassed 100 penalty minutes five times, wasn't afraid to fight, and was pretty good at it -- and quiet humility made him the most popular Bruin ever. Very Good Condition. Cellophane Wrapped and Hermetically Sealed, but has a hole. Mounted in a Wood and Plastic Puck Holder. Shipping $10.00 (estimate $50-$100)
43 - Baseball signed: "Mickey Mantle" Rawlings Official Ball American League. Signed on the Sweet-Spot by Mantle in Blue Ink. The switch-hitting "Commerce Comet" won three MVP awards (1956, ’57, ’62) and a Triple Crown (1956). He contributed to 12 pennants and seven World Series titles in his first 14 seasons, while establishing numerous World Series records, including most home runs (18). 44 - Baseball signed: "Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams, and Joe Dimaggio" Rawlings Official Ball American League, Gene A. Boudry Pres. Signed on the Sweet-Spot by Joe Dimaggio, and on the Side by Mantle and Williams in Blue Ink. Mickey Mantle was a baseball star of the highest magnitude. When Detroit great Al Kaline was taunted by a youngster who said, "You're not half as good as Mickey Mantle," he replied, "Son, nobody is half as good as Mickey Mantle." No one cared more about hitting than Ted Williams, and few ever did it better. In a career interrupted twice by war, Williams still managed to post incredible numbers. He was the last man to bat over .400, in 1941. He hit for power, average, and had a remarkable eye at the plate. He was the first man for whom opposing teams consistently attempted to come up with defensive schemes to stop him. Stan Musial said of him:"There was never a day when I was as good as Joe DiMaggio at his best. Joe was the best, the very best I ever saw." DiMaggio became an American hero at a time when Americans had little to feel heroic about. He was an American idol when America struggled with idealism. This wonderful ballplayer exhibited grace and class in a game that less than two decades prior had been blemished by a gambling scandal. DiMaggio attracted attention years after his retirement not just for his exploits on the diamond, but for his extraordinary traits as an American. Cellophane Wrapped and Hermetically Sealed. 55 - Baseball signed: "Bucky Dent" Rawlings Official Ball 1978 World Series. Signed on the Sweet-Spot by Dent in Blue Ink. Dent, a promising White Sox shortstop, came to the Yankees in a much heralded deal in April 1977. He was touted as the final piece in the great Yankee team. Dent was a natural with his boyish good looks, the perfect foil for the Yankees' rough and abrasive identity. He became an instant idol with legions of adoring teenage girls to cheer him on. He remained popular even as his skills eroded; in 1982 he narrowly missed being voted starting All-Star shortstop while hitting .200 even as Robin Yount was tearing up the league en route to an MVP award. Dent played two years for Texas and finished his career in Kansas City in 1984. In 1978 Dent was the unlikely hero in the playoff game against Boston when his short three-run homer over Fenway's Green Monster, off Mike Torrez, changed the course of the game as the Yankees went on to win 5-4. His fine play continued as he was named WS MVP as the Yankees won their second straight championship with Dent at shortstop. Mild Toning or Else Very Good Condition. Larry Bird was such a player. For 13 seasons with the Boston Celtics, from 1979-80 through 1991-92, Bird personified hustle, consistency and excellence in all areas of play--as a scorer, a passer, a rebounder, a defender, a team player, and, perhaps above all, as a clutch performer. Bird was so self-confident that he was known to waltz up to the opponents' bench before tipoff and predict a 40-point performance for himself. He was such a deadly shooter that he sometimes practiced three-pointers with his eyes closed. Shipping $50.00 (estimate $100-$200)

95 - Alex Rodreiguez Bobbing Head Nodder. Alex Rodriguez signed a 10-year, $252 million contract with the Texas Rangers in 2000, making him the highest-salaried player in professional sports history. Nicknamed "A-Rod," he hit .358 with 36 homers in 1996, his first full season in the majors. His power, defensive skills, charisma and fan-friendly Hispanic heritage made him an attractive free agent after the 2000 season, and Texas owner Tom Hicks signed Rodriguez to the unprecedented $252 million deal. Rodriguez played well for the Rangers (winning the American League MVP award in 2003), but the team finished last in its division for three straight years, and some felt that Rodriguez's mammoth contract had hobbled the team. In 2004 Rodriguez was traded to the New York Yankees, where he moved to third base to play alongside Yankee shortstop Derek Jeter.
